This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath Bayfront home was completed in October 2018. It is a large home with many amenities to offer. It has a large, covered north-facing deck overlooking Mobile Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. This fabulous water-view deck has an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also an outdoor sectional couch and is a great place to relax and enjoy the water views. There is an additional south-facing deck with great Gulf views. The Gulf of Mexico beach is located just across the street, and the sandy Bay beach is just out your back door. This well-designed home has 2 Master Bedrooms with King-size beds (both have walk-in showers, and also sliding doors to rear deck). The front-right bedroom (southeast) has 2 duo bunks, Twin over Full bunks. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a built-in bunk bed, with 2 Twins, in the alcove off the main living area. There is also a television located in each bedroom. The beautiful Kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, Shaker-style cabinets. a large island with seating for 6, and stainless steel appliances throughout. A double-walled oven, 36″” cook-top with hood-vent, and 2 refrigerators with ice-makers and dishwasher highlight this generous kitchen! Like all of our Dauphin Island vacation rentals, this fully-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for your stay. Additional information: The dining area has a wood dining table 9’4″” can seat up to 12 comfortably. There is a large kitchen island with additional seating. The Living Room has a sectional couch and a large 55″” inch television. This beautiful Bay front home is available for peak weeks and holidays. A floor plan is available in the property photos. Gulf Beach access is 0.35 miles from the end of your driveway!
All linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
Parking Instructions
The property has a driveway and parking for several cars. All overflow must be parked at Green Park next to Ship & Shore. Gulf side beach access via streets and courts only – you can park on these streets with a parking pass (we will provide). Do not walk between houses. The closest access point is Sam Houston St to your east and Sehoy St to your west. Both are 0.35 miles from your driveway.

It is a half mile in either direction to the nearest access street. Sam Houston and Sehoy would be the nearest two. We ask that you do not cross through or between properties to visit the gulf side. This info is under parking instructions at the bottom of the house description on the DIBR website.
