Island Escape

Escape to the Island at this beautiful 5 bedrooms pet-friendly beach house! It enjoys modern touches throughout and direct access to the gulf! Private pool (can be heated for $50/day). Watch the family play in the surf right from either of your gulf facing decks or from the crow’s nest. Outstanding views only offered by location and the crow’s nest, sunrise and sunset will be worth the effort! Includes driveway making trouble-free parking. Master bedroom on the 1st floor and remaining bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Room for the whole family. Three rooms have sleeper chairs to make room for everyone! Come find your Island Escape!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Parking Instructions

Small driveway at the house, room for two cars. Free overflow parking at Green Park next to Ship N Shore. Can access the beach from either side of the property.
