Reel Views DI is a three-bedroom and two-bath beach house in walking distance of the gulf beaches. This location is great and the home has terrific furnishings, a comfortable layout with an open floor plan, a great hang-out space underneath, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your front porch and a view of one of the Dauphin Island Canals, where you can watch boats and fishermen start and end their fishing journeys. The closest gulf beach access is just 2-minute walk from your driveway! This property is not pet friendly.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
Parking Instructions
Driveway has room for four vehicles. To access the beach, turn right out of the driveway and walk to the end of St. Stephens (400 ft).

Children under 3 are very welcome. They do not count toward the max occupancy, however.

I am looking at Reel Views for rent. It says “Snowbird special-Save 25% on long-term rentals.” What is considered a long-term rental? To what time-frame does Snowbird apply?
