Step inside to the spacious first floor, where a large common area awaits, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a floating island, built-in double oven, and shaker wall wine rack. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a built-in buffet cabinet and large window with a Gulf view. The pet-friendly living room offers ample seating around the decorative fireplace, with a large flat-screen TV for indoor entertainment.

On the first floor, you’ll find the southern bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a dedicated workspace, and a common bathroom nearby. The northern king suite offers a king bed with a waterfront view, dedicated closet, TV, and direct access to the back covered porch.

Head upstairs to discover the dedicated laundry room, game room with a wet bar and arcade machine, and three additional bedrooms. The jack-and-jill suite features a southern twin-over-twin bunk bed with another dedicated workspace, while the northern room offers a queen bed with a waterfront view and direct access to the elevated covered balcony. The jack-and-jill bathroom offers guest a double vanity and shower tub combo. The northern master suite boasts a king bed with a waterfront view, TV, and direct access to the second floor covered balcony. The private master bathroom with a double vanity, alcove tub, and walk-in shower.

Outside, the wrap-around covered porch on the first floor provides seating areas and stunning views of both the private beach on the sound side and the Gulf of Mexico. Gated steps lead to the private beach trail, offering easy access to the water.

Chillax is the perfect beach house for families, with its private beach on the sound side providing a gentle slope into the water, ideal for young children to play safely. The white sands of the gulf side beaches are a short walk away or accessible with a short drive to the public beach. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 50 lb max, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
