Simple Pleasures is a direct Gulf-front 3 bedroom home with beautiful views, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach, with nothing between you and the water, but sand.

This great vacation home features floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room to enjoy the fantastic Gulf views, and wrap-around covered porches to enjoy the Gulf on the south, west and east sides of the home.

The master is off the living room with a queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full and twin size bed. There is additional sleeping on a futon in the living room. The living room furnishings have recently been updated There is a covered deck a gulf front deck with table and chairs for 4. There is also additional seating on the deck and a gas grill.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25 and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.

Parking Instructions

The property has a driveway that can fit 2 cars. Free overflow parking is available at Green Park next to Ship N Shore.
