Description
Sunny Side Up is a spacious and bright beach home in the exclusive Audubon gate community. Enjoy privacy and gorgeous beaches! The property sits right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and has ocean views from two bedrooms and open common space. The home has an upscale finish with crown molding, built-in bookshelves, a large kitchen and dining area, and a living room that is open to our white sandy beach views. The community is close to restaurants and other island attractions including Fort Morgan, Billy Goat Hole, Dauphin Island Sea Lab, and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary just to name a few. Live your life with the Sunny Side Up!
The 2024 beach restoration has restored the beach to its natural beauty, giving you a vast new beach to relax and play on. The beaches and dunes have been restored, but the dune walkovers are still being constructed. Beachgoers are asked to go to the eastern end of the Audubon Place beach to access the beach. Walking over the dunes will result in a fine.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog plus tax applies.
Parking Instructions
Parking for five vehicles in the driveway. Beach access to the West before the roundabout.
