Easy Breezy

Wonderful waterfront two story, three bedroom, two and a half bath home on the west end of the island, with private pool and own sandy, bay-front beach. This home also has Gulf of Mexico views, the Gulf beach is also right across the street.

This home has many nice features not normally seen in a beach house- new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and new hardwood floors in the kitchen and living area. The downstairs master has sliding glass doors onto the deck overlooking the Mississippi Sound and an over-sized bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy the comforts of home with a king-sized bed and flat screen television with built-in DVD.

Upstairs in the loft area, enjoy a small private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a sleeper sofa. The upstairs master also has a sliding glass door facing the water, king-sized bed and over-sized bath. This room also offers a bunk bed fitted with a twin over a full. This room also has a flat screen television with DVD. The third bedroom offers a queen sized bed and flat screen with built-in DVD. Enjoy the outdoor living with a wrap around deck with amazing views of the water from any area. This home also has a pool built into the deck (not heated) This home has it all!

Gulf Beach access is 1/4 mile from the end of your driveway! Please note that the pictured bathroom jacuzzi jets does not function.

Sleeps 10 guests maximum. Washer and dryer. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, only dogs less than 30 pounds – approved by insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog per stay plus tax applies.

Parking Instructions

The property has a driveway and parking for several cars. All overflow must be parked at Green Park next to Ship & Shore. Gulf side beach access via streets and courts only – you can park on these streets with a parking pass (we will provide). Do not walk between houses. The closest access point is Sehoy St. Access point is 1/4 mile from the driveway. Thank you!
